Description
This 5 hour, home learning program includes contributions from Kath Johnson (Gloucestershire Education Business Parnership) and David Butler, former Deputy Head Teacher at one of the higest performing schools in the West Midlands.
RECORDING ONE covers the nature of the challenge facing you when you apply for a job or apprenticeship. In particular, it looks at the job market from the point of view of employers. This is the result of discussions I have had with large, international corporations (e.g. Rolls Royce, Land Rover Jaguar, Barclay's Bank), small specialist companies employing mostly graduate staff (e.g. Corin Group, Cirencester) and companies who employ mostly manual labour (e.g. Cottswold Dairies, Tewkesbury)
RECORDING TWO gives advice about filling in application forms, what to include in your C.V., how to prepare for interview when you are called; and the different stages through which an interview passes.
RECORDING THREE will tell you how to develop your listening and conversation skills, how to project your unique personality in a mature, authentic way and how to phrase your statements in a way that demonstrates that you really know what you're talking about.
RECORDING FOUR discusses what makes a really effective team and what makes a great leader.
RECORDING FIVE explores the importance of personal integrity, tells you the mind set you must have when you present yourself for interview and invites you to maintain contact with me as your mentor to ensure that the program you paid for delivers the results you're relying on.
Clients who wish to discuss the program, in more detail, before deciding to buy are welcome to call me on 07795-288490. If I'm unavailable when you call, a voice mail message will tell you my commitments for the day and how long it will be before I return your call. This is normally the same day, often within a couple of hours.
