We might negociate on many things but I would not expect anyone to compromise their corporate goals or their personal integrity. I absolutely refuse to do so. If you're thinking of contacting me, give some thought to the following issues:

4/If you are looking for team coaching, I will expect to coach your leaders first so that effective role modelling can take place after the course. It will be ineffective otherwise. This is the reason I offer "one hour sampler" sessions free of charge for decision makers.
