ADAPTABILITY

Many of today’s most “ in demand” jobs did not exist 10 years ago. We like to think we can predict what jobs will be in demand in 10 years time so we can prepare today’s students for that job market. The reality is that we can do neither. It makes sense that the most valuable skills that today’s student can learn are skills that can be most easily transferred, for these are the skills that may be valued by future employers more than any others.

Training can take the form of 1:1 coaching or group coaching. My approach is always interactive involving discussion, roleplay etc..

In the case of group training, ideal class sizes will be between 5 and 20 students learning in 2 to 3 hour blocks.

The Training Needs  of a corporate team are going to be very different from the training needs of a student and their budget will be very different from a recently redundant person or a school. It's almost impossibe to suggest a ball park figure without face to face discussion about your specific needs and the budget you have to work to.

Additional charges to cover the cost of handouts/certificates may be made by agreement.
